Latin Fitness Classes

You want a good work out but you are not in favor of the gym?
You can join our team for a fitness dance class where repetitive movements based on Latin American dances will get you the desired work out and will burn the calories. This class is recommended for anybody who wants to loose weight, wants to improve stamina, or simply wants a healthier life style with exercise.

Class Structure
First the class starts with a short stretching portion, then elements from Merengue, Samba and Rumba are cleverly put together to first speed up your heart rate and give you a great aerobic work out, then strengthen your core to sculpt your waist line, and once again relax and stretch your muscles.
We recommend that you bring appropriate clothing to change into for your work out!

This alternative to a regular workout will help you shrink your waistline, and sculpt a lean sexy body, plus develop better coordination and improve your balance.

**Student discount is available to full time students only; a valid student ID will be required.
***The Monthly Pass entitles its holder to unlimited access to all classes on our group class schedule. It runs from sign up date for 30 days.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel any group class series in case we do not meet the minimum requirement of 6 pre-registered students (full refund is guaranteed).
If a student misses one class, we offer the opportunity to attend one of our other classes on the schedule.
