Hip-Hop & Popping Classes

  • HIP-HOP is an authentic dance style derived from African movement and attitude.
  • HIP-HOP is comprised both of rigid and relaxed (loose) isolations of the neck and shoulders, upper and lower torso (including the waist and hips), arms and legs.
  • HIP-HOP movement also contains both high and low impact footwork that provides a fun healthy work out, and a loose free range of motion that improves flexibility.
Due to its increasing popularity and demand Hip-Hop is often utilized in Video Dance by choreographers in the music industry and is practiced by many throughout the world.

We offer Hip-Hop classes for all ages.
